As one of the world's leading hair color educators, BETH MINARDI offers a unique program of "post graduate" hair color study. Leading salon colorists from across America are able to participate in an advanced educational program called "BEHIND THE CHAIR WITH BETH". Colorists listed here are experts in their fields and have displayed competency in all phases of salon hair coloring.

BEHIND THE CHAIR WITH BETH is a private, intense four-day study program which allows career colorists to observe BETH as she works with her clients and with her staff. Attendees watch as BETH consults with clients, formulates, mixes and applies color, and designs unique hair color results for which MINARDI SALON has become famous. Participants take copious notes and learn precisely how MINARDI SALON manages its world-famous hair color department. Only those professionals with the deepest understanding of color can successfully graduate from BETH'S program, and are awarded a Certificate of Achievement at the end of the class.
